Certified Nurse Aide
First session: January 4 – March 1

This CNA course provides training and clinical experience necessary for those seeking an entry-level job as a nurse aide. Schedules for clinicals are developed after class begins. Students will be required to provide his/her own scrubs for clinicals and submit a health statement and 2-step PPD test completed by a physician. This course meets state requirements for registry with the Indiana Department of Health.

If you are currently working in a dental office or know a dentist who will sponsor you to take three sets of X-Rays under his/her supervision, this is the class for you. You can begin or further your career in dentistry by taking steps to obtain a dental X-Ray license. This course prepares student to take the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Exam (RHS). Students will be provided with a detailed study guide, study materials, assistance in filling out state forms, sample test questions, a certificate of X-Ray competency, and personalized instruction. Students who successfully complete this course will be fully prepared to pass the DANB X-Ray Exam and obtain a Dental Radiology License.
