All Bodies Yoga

This class is for all levels of yogis! Participants will gain a deeper understanding of each pose and how to tie our breath to each movement. This class will focus on balancing our minds and being appreciative of the present moment. Some restorative yoga and meditation will be included throughout some of the sessions.  Participants will have their postures cued and more advanced students will have the opportunity for advanced variations.
